(The question has been reopened, by the way. The last opening vote was mine.) I agree, but some people feel it should be the OP who carries out these changes.

Isn't the idea of being "on hold" (rather than "closed") precisely so these changes you suggest are implemented? Once the changes are in place, and things appear reasonable, reopening it is the natural course of action. (This is the same idea behind closing votes being reversible, isn't it?)

@TheMaskedAvenger One can trigger a reputation recalculation, by going to mathoverflow.net/reputation, scrolling to the bottom, and clicking the button there.

You read my mind, because I was about to request CW-removal for When does $ZFC \vdash\ ' ZFC \vdash \varphi\ '$ imply $ZFC \vdash \varphi$?, but I see you already removed it there.

"Proof system" suggests something different, in my opinion.

Would this be a tag someone with a question about a subsystem of Peano Arithmetic think of naturally? A tag they would consider? One they would search for? Otherwise there will be a lot of retagging and this will not be too useful.

@FelipeVoloch It depends on the question, it is certainly relevant in some cases, but I do not think it applies all the time. François or other experts may have a stronger opinion.
