So the best way to indicate there may be something wrong is to identify a post (ensure it is not too new, if so it may not be indexed yet) on MSE and you are unable to search it via Approach0. This makes it easier for others if they want to try the same search - all they have to do is to click on the link. Jan 10, 2017 at 0:12 | comment | added | Neil Strickland | I tried a few searches: $\int_{-\infty}^\infty e^{-x^2}dx$ was good, $\mathbb{R}P^\infty$ was not bad, $M\otimes N$ gave lots of hits for $MN$ or $m\times n$ which is not so useful, $\Omega S^3$ gave results which made no sense to me at all. Still, the basic framework looks very promising, and I am sure that the algorithm can be tweaked. | |

You can find such queries for example in comments on math.SE (and to a lesser extent on MO) or in this chatroom. | |
