Three of the closers have professional interests in this area and could probably articulate such concerns, if they still apply (I think Noah S does too, but he was not one of the closers). Some people vote to close because they see no reason to disagree with other closers, as expressed here: meta.mathoverflow.net/questions/1954/… -- based on that stance, I wouldn't expect them to state their concerns. | |
