Big list of feature requests and suggestions for a fantasy MO 3.0
@Francois: I think all this depends on what SE people can be convinced to implement -- and with that you surely have more experience than me.

Big list of feature requests and suggestions for a fantasy MO 3.0
@Francois: I don't know. -- Implementing such error flags would need some programming -- not much, if the SE software is implemented in a reasonable way -- but it would likely be some more work than realizing the few presently highest-voted proposals in this thread.

Answer to what was an open question
@ToddTrimble: I can't tell for sure as well -- just thought it worth to provide the link, without attempting to interpret.

Answer to what was an open question
Even though this is not directly related -- Mark Sapir has stated "Most probably I won’t be active on mathoverflow.net any longer: too many homework level questions and the community attitude towards these questions has become too liberal." -- see marksapir.wordpress.com/2013/10/25/mathoverflow .

Dealing with possible incorrectness
I have made a related feature suggestion -- introducing error flags -- here.

On the recent question "Is Euclid dead?", or: Is it considered good practice to use MathOverflow for a campaign?
@quid: I don't care whether or not the question gets deleted -- but if the community decides for deletion, I'd find it unreasonable if a moderator unilaterally overrides this decision. By the way: how many delete votes would it take to delete a question of such high score and with that many high-scoring answers?

Can I change the timezone of my StackExchange account?
I think if anything causes confusion here, it's the time zones. -- UTC is the same worldwide.

Answering not research level questions
If a question is migrated e.g. to Math.SE, existing answers are deleted. -- Maybe this could be done in all cases when a question is closed as "off-topic"? -- This might reduce the number of answers squeezed in immediately before a question gets closed.

When do votes to close/reopen expire?

Why do you think so? -- Euclidean geometry is only one of various topics in mathematics taught in high schools, and I think it is certainly not the most important one. -- What about, e.g., introducing basic algebraic structures (groups, rings, fields), or really proving the things taught in calculus?

Measures to separate math overflow from the rest of the stack exchange network
There are presently 4398 users with exactly 101 points -- see data.stackexchange.com/mathoverflow/query/155069/… . -- I would say this is quite an alarming figure ... .

@Todd: Of course this is a matter of opinions. -- If you consider the question reasonable, I don't want to argue against -- you can certainly judge better than me what is appropriate on MO. I thus withdraw my post.

@Todd: I think it would be a little better, but I'd say the close reason "primarily opinion-based" would still apply perfectly.
