Giving "bountied questions" more visibility weight
If one wants to make bounties more useful, then I think one should rather make them last until the question is answered in a satisfactory way, than trying to enforce bountied questions getting more attention. I think it is perfectly sufficient that bountied questions are visibly marked as such and can be searched for in some way -- the "featured" tab and any additional bumpings are completely unnecessary in my opinion.

Why is Math Overflow a .net website unlike all the other sites which are .com websites?
Besides that, .com wouldn't fit already since MathOverflow is not a commercial site.

Can someone please help me login to my account
@ToddTrimble: What has happened here? -- The account merger hasn't taken place, but rather Erin's original account appears to have been deleted(?)

Can we please reopen the colorful language in mathematics question?
@YemonChoi: Yes, as far as I recall, before the move to SE 2.0, there was. -- And that close reason would appear more natural to me -- ideally accompanied with a notice that similar questions would nowadays likely not be welcomed in that way any more.

Can we please reopen the colorful language in mathematics question?
While I do not have a strong opinion on that question in this or that way, an "off-topic" closure after 113 answers looks weird.

Why am I not getting notification for comments?
My preference would be to get notifications for comments on answers to questions of mine. -- I mean, a comment may even point out that the answer is wrong -- and certainly I would want to know about this in that case.

Why was there pushback on a user's profile image?
I think outside the US, the Confederate flag is not that widely known. Many people would rather associate the Flag of the United States with all of the things you say the Confederate flag stands for, plus the deeds of the US Army in all of the wars and other war-like actions around the world it was (and is) involved in.

Should there be Anonymous Comments?
A comment is a comment, and a vote is a vote -- these are two separate things. -- Or would you want to give an explanation each time you vote on a post, be it up or down?
