I just saw that the Reedy cofibrancy of the bar construction for algebras question is tagged with "simplicial-stuff""" and I wonder if such "sloppy" tag-naming is considered acceptable/appropriate.

Introducing a tag for "simplices" or "simplex-theory" would IMHO fit better.
