In the question he links to a preprint of his in the General Mathematics section of the arXiv called "A study of the Riemann zeta function" and he has another preprint there called "A study of Fermat's last theorem". Now, a brief look didn't suggest that either was crankery, but I can understand how people might jump to that conclusion. | |
