I think this is unfortunate for several reasons: 1) We often have bad ideas, which would be shot down more quickly in a wider forum. 2) It makes it hard to recruit new people who take an interest in long term planning for mathoverflow, because the conversations that are actually happening are invisible. 3) It's just not transparent. | |
